| NPT Regulations |

|
1) All players must be registered members of the Nationwide Poker
Tour (“NPT”). Registration is available before each tournament at
all sites.
2) Players must be 21 years of age.
3) Players must sign in before every tournament
4) No purchase is required to play. No minimum drink or food
order and no cover charge can be applied to players.
5) State law prohibits players from placing any form of currency on the tables
at any time. Violators of this regulation will asked to leave
immediately.
6) Players caught cheating will be disqualified from tournament
and have their playing privileges terminated by the Nationwide Poker Tour.
Players acting as a team are considered to be cheating.
7) No gambling is allowed. That means no cash bets,
no side bets and no using NPT equipment where gambling is involved.
8) Inappropriate, abusive or disruptive behavior or language,
cheating, gambling or other violations may result in penalty or eviction
from a particular tournament and potentially the NPT system in general
at the sole discretion of NPT and its representatives. Depending on the
nature of the violation a player may be suspended from a tournament or
for a longer period of a week, a month or longer or face eviction from NPT.
NPT points are a privilege not a right and have no monetary value.
If a player is evicted from the NPT system, the player loses all of their
accumulated points.
9) Management has the right to cancel or change any tournament.
10) In all disputes the tournament host’s ruling is final and binding.
11) Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Nationwide Poker Tour.
